Snooki Plans To Have A Ball At MTV New Year's Eve Bash

It's one thing to be part of New York's ball dropping ceremony on New Year's Eve, but being placed inside the ball as it's dropping, takes the celebration to a whole new level!

Jersey Shore's Snooki will be taking the plunge for MTV in NY's Time Square to ring in 2011.

That's only part of the craziness happening that night. Hundreds of feet below Snooki in her crystal ball, Jersey Shore castmembers will be on the street leading the crowd in a record-breaking fist pumping attempt ... with the hopes of landing in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Comedian Whitney Cummings will host the event, and Flo Rida will hit the stage. As for Snooki, let's hope she has a safety belt in that ball!
