Cy Waits, Paris Hilton's beau, is facing three criminal charges stemming from his Las Vegas arrest on August 27th last year.

The former Vegas nightclub manager was pulled over, along with Hilton, outside of the Wynn Hotel and Casino. According to the police report, Waits had alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes and was wobbling during his DUI test. At the time the couple was pulled over, Waits was arrested for driving under the influence and Hilton for cocaine possession.

The arresting office also wrote, "I could smell marijuana coming out of the vehicle, pulled up to passenger side and driver stated he just got done smoking."

Vegas prosecutors have filed a criminal complaint charging Paris' boyfriend with the following counts: felony under the influence of a controlled substance-marijuana and two misdemeanors, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

If found guilty, Waits could spend up to four years in prison. Hilton is currently serving one year probation.
