A smile from Jake Gyllenhaal is a rare and beautiful thing, and we cant help wonder if the fact it's awards season's got him excited (he might receive a nod for Love And Other Drugs), or is it his newly single status?
The Oscars are just around the corner, the announcements are January 25, and there is definitely a lot of buzz around Mr. Gyllenhaal with his captivating performance in Drugs, and this wouldn’t be the first time our favorite single Hollywood hunk would receive an Oscar nom. The actor earned a Best Supporting nod for his role as Jack Twist in Brokeback Mountain.
Gyllenhaal's co-star Anne Hathaway may also receive an Oscar nomination; she's already earned a Golden Globe nom this year for her role in the film. It would be wonderful to see the pair win, especially since Hathaway is co-hosting the show.
If Hathaway won, that'd definitely make Oscar history!
