Justin Bieber showed up on the Today Show this morning to promote his new 3D film Never Say Never, where the 16-year-old revealed that he's going through some very significant changes. Yep, we're talking about his famous hair!

But don't worry, girls, Bieber's not cutting his famous hair -- he's just "messing it up" these days!

As for his changing voice, Justin says he's not concerned. "My voice is definitely changing gradually, but I have a great vocal coach who is helping me."

He also revealed his favorite things about his new film, Never Say Never.

He loves the part that shows Justin and his team giving away front-row tickets to concert goers who have seats in the nosebleed section.

"Everyone gets happy," Justin said. "You go in the back and give people front-row tickets. It's amazing."

Another thing he loves about the film -- It's in 3D! "Everything looks better in 3D!" said the 3D enthusiast, who put on his beloved purple 3D glasses in the studio. Someone should tell him that LIFE is in 3D!
