Yesterday Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom spent some of his Laker money (well, and her reality TV dough) at Louis Vuitton and several other luxury stores at the Beverly Center in West Hollywood.

Even though Khloe is happily married and making millions of dollars a year, she revealed on her blog yesterday that she doesn't have the perfect life, as she still struggles with her body image, among other things. Khloe writes, "My weight is my biggest lifetime struggle. It's not the biggest thing in life, but it does get you down sometimes."
