Guess they really are best friends forever?

Fresh out of Betty Ford, 24-year-old Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan stayed on the west side on Saturday, choosing to traipse around Malibu with old pal Patrick rather than shop in Bev Hills.

Linds accused her BFF (since she was 16) of stealing sketches for her 6126 leggings line in 2010, admitting at the time: "I should've known better."

Is it possible the two put the past behind them and sorted out their differences? Or maybe LiLo's own personal issues were the source of the problem? Either way, glad to see Linds and Patrick hanging out again!
