It's been another rough year for LiLo.

The 24-year-old Hollywood starlet has been in court-ordered rehab the past few months attending her daily drug and alcohol education classes and, for the most part, staying out of trouble.

Lindsay Lohan Tweeted the above New Year's Resolution last night, citing Gandhi as her inspiration for starting "the rest of my life" and taking things "one step at a time." Let's hope she means it!

Ms. Lohan is set to be released from Betty Ford tomorrow, January 3rd, but sources have told X17 she'll stay until the 4th.
