sandraryan230.jpgFresh off his split with gorgeous wife Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Reynolds has rebounded with Sandra Bullock, according to Us Weekly.

"I'm sure they've bonded over the breakups. Going through a divorce is a unique thing to live through," a source tells the mag.

Reynolds, 34, and Bullock, 46, reportedly were seen partying together on New Year's Eve at Bess Bistro in Austin, Texas. A witness tells the mag the two were "smiling the whole time and occasionally touching."

Bullock divorced Jesse James back in June, while Reynolds ended his marriage this past December.

A rep for Bullock says the two are "nothing except good friends."
