It's official -- Lindsay Lohan has been charged with felony grand theft, as the case has just been filed.Lohan is being arraigned at 1:30pm today at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles, and she's being charged for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from the Kamofie & Company jewelry store in Venice.
If she's convicted, Lohan faces a maximum sentence of one year in California state prison.
