BREAKING NEWS - Michael Lohan Brings Attorney Lisa Bloom To Lindsay's House

Attorney Lisa Bloom, daughter of famed lawyer Gloria Allred, just arrived at Lindsay Lohan's Venice Beach home, accompanied by Lindsay's dad Michael. Bloom has represented Michael in the past but the two dissolved their relationship back in September after helping him through much of Lindsay's legal troubles.

It is presumed Bloom is consulting Lindsay in case charges are filed against the actress for the alleged theft of $5000 worth of jewelry from a local Venice jeweler. A source close to Lindsay tells us Bloom has NOT yet been retained by Lindsay to represent her, however.

A spokesperson for the district attorney's office says no decision will be made this week regarding charges but the LAPD submitted their case to the D.A.'s office yesterday and it is expect a decision made will be next week.

Lindsay allegedly borrowed a few custom pieces from Kamofie jewelers on January 22nd and didn't return the pieces until she learned the shop had filed a police report and investigators had a search warrant.

Linds send an "associate" to immediately return the items and now it's a wait-and-see situation for Lindsay -- will this "misunderstanding" as a source tells us it was, turn into a grand theft or misdemeanor charge for Lindsay who is already on probation?
