David Arquette Remains Sober While Partying With Black Eyed Peas

David Arquette is loving life as a clean and sober guy! The 39-year-old Scream 4 star took a stroll to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather in Los Angeles and flashed us a sexy smile, too!

Just last week, Arquette partied with the Black Eyed Peas at their Peapod Foundation event and the star remained sober, according to Us. Courteney Cox's estranged husband hung out in the VIP area ... and reportedly stayed completely away from liquor.

Arquette checked into rehab on January 2 to get a handle on personal struggles. The star had revealed on Howard Stern's radio show that he had been heavily drinking to cope with his split from Courteney. David checked out of rehab last month, and so far, it looks like he's on a successful road to recovery.
