Jennifer Aniston was promoting Just Go With It on The Oprah Winfrey Show today and made a stunning revelation: The actress was offered a spot on Saturday Night Live by Lorne Michaels in the early 90s, but turned it down for Friends.
"They were like, 'You're so stupid,'" says Jen. "They thought I was making a huge mistake."
Thankfully, Friends was a huge success, eventually earning Aniston $1 million per episode.
"It did all right," the actress joked to Oprah. She also added: "This is a really wonderful thing we get to do. I'd say listen when people tell you how much joy you bring them."
