Lindsay Lohan has gone into hiding at her Venice Beach home since news got out that she'll be charged with felony grand theft.

After the charge is filed tomorrow morning, the 24-year-old actress will appear before a judge at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles at 1:30pm.

The Mean Girls actress has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from Venice jewelry store Kamofie & Company. Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, "vehemently denies" the accusations.

Repeated calls to District Attorney Danette Meyers have not been returned.
