Miley Cyrus peace sign tee shirt jeans boots car sunglasses

Today we snapped teen queen Miley Cyrus flashing the peace sign outside of her Toluca Lake home, and the 18-year-old starlet kept her new ribcage ink covered up with one of her favorite baggy tees.

We're not sure if she was headed to a meeting or simply running errands, but you'd never know this starlet was smoking cigarettes in her car and hanging out at a tattoo parlor yesterday afternoon!
