Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller still haven't reached a custody agreement, and now it's being reported that the two are headed to court tomorrow to try and iron out a deal.

Sheen's lawyers are reportedly asking a judge to lift the restraining order banning the actor from seeing twins Bob and Max, and some of Mueller's requests will be addressed tomorrow as well. Mueller wants a monitor present when the children are at Sheen's home, and even though Sheen tweeted last week that the two had worked out an arrangement, it looks like Mueller still isn't happy with the terms his lawyers have drafted up.
