A day before their parents - Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller - are expected to head to court and battle out a custody agreement, X17online caught up with twin boys Bob and Max grabbing a bite to eat at the famed Canters Deli in LA.

Neither Sheen or Mueller were present during the outing; the nannies watched over the two kids.

In other Sheen news, Warner Bros. fired the Two and a Half Men star today. No word yet if the show will be back next season.
