Christina Aguilera's Son Max Visits Mom On Set!

When Christina Aguilera made her first public appearance since her arrest at Smashbox studios for a photo shoot yesterday, she had a very special guest -- her son Max!

Just like mom, little Max, 3, was ready for his close-up as he stuck his head out of the car on his way home, but his nanny pushed it back in:

Since Aguilera's arrest, Max was seen going for a walk in his neighborhood dad Jordan Bratman, but this is the first time he's been spotted near his mom.

Of course, an expert told X17online that Aguilera's arrest would not negatively impact her custody agreement with her ex. "Fortunately for Christina Aguilera, she wasn't driving," custody expert Michael Kelly told us. "The event had nothing to do with the child. The child wasn't present. There was no innate nor overt behavior reflecting on her parenting abilities."
