FIRST PHOTOS & VIDEO - David Arquette Taken Away In An Ambulance After Head-On Car Crash

This afternoon David Arquette suffered injuries following a head-on collision in West Hollywood and now X17online has the first photos of the actor being taken away in an ambulance following the harrowing crash.
David was driving on Doheny in West Hollywood when he swerved into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a car that had stopped suddenly in front of him.
Major damage was done to the front of Arquette's Cadillac, and the actor can be seen being helped out of his car by people on the scene and as soon as the ambulance arrived, Arquette was put on a stretcher with a brace around his neck and taken to a nearby hospital.
Despite the scary scene, David says he's "fine" and seems to have kept his sense of humor, tweeting that "Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins":
Perhaps a nod to Charlie Sheen and his Tiger Blood?
