Lady Gaga continues to impress with her diverse style of music ... this time singing along with Mariachi Sol de Mexico de Jose Hernandez.

The singer celebrated her 25th birthday last night with a Latin-infused version of "Born This Way" alongside the mariachi band. Muy caliente, Gaga!

Just last week, Lady G released the "Country Road Version" of her hit song. There's just no stopping her.
