Report: Lindsay Lohan Going To Trial For Felony Grand Theft Charge

Lindsay Lohan will not take the plea deal in her felony grand theft case, according to TMZ.The 24-year-old starlet is accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store. The site claims Lilo wants to take her case to trial because she feels she's innocent.
Judge Stephanie Sautner will take over the case. Lindsay's due in court for a preliminary hearing on April 22.
Calls to Shawn Chapman Holley and Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers have not been returned.
