LiLo's leaving La La Land!

The troubled starlet has been stuck in California for months - due to the restrictions of her probation - but Lindsay Lohan finally got permission from the court to fly home to NYC with her mom Dina and sister Ali.

As far as LiLo's legal options go regarding her felony theft charge, the actress can either accept a plea deal on March 25th or else she'll be back in court in April where a new judge will decide if there's enough evidence for a trial.
