Melanie Brown was spotted at Heathrow Airport in London last night, and the former Spice Girl looked like she could have used a few shots of espresso! With everything she's got going on these days, we can't even imagine how exhausted she is...
The pop star/Dance Your Ass Off host was named the global ambassador for International Fitness Week, and she says, "I'm so pleased to be involved with International Fitness Week for the third year running! I want everyone to get involved and realize how good they can feel both inside and out by exercising regularly."
Mel B also reveals that she believes in getting fit the healthy way, and she doesn't limit herself when it comes to food. “I don’t have a diet. I believe in healthy eating, which means lots of protein, fish, vegetables, and salads," she says. "I make sure I have a good intake of vitamins and protein every day. I don’t follow any fad diet, but you just have to find what works for you. What works for me is to eat healthy and make it part of my lifestyle. On a weekend, and if I have a craving for burger or pizza, I’ll have it but in moderation."
