Michael Lohan Arrested For Felony Domestic Violence

Michael Lohan was arrested on three felony charges Monday night after a woman accused him of domestic violence.

Lohan, 50, was booked for inflicting corporal injury on the woman, for false imprisonment and for preventing a report of victimization, an LAPD spokesperson said.

The victim declined to be identified and declined medical treatment while Lohan ended up at the hospital. After the arrest, at the station, Lindsay's father complained about a medical condition not related to the incident and was transfered to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and then on to another LA-area hospital.

Lohan's bail is set at $200,000.
