X17 EXCLUSIVE - Michael Lohan Says Dina Continues To Come Between Him And Lindsay

Michael Lohan is currently seeking treatment with Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab, but Lindsay's dad says his ex Dina is still not making it easy for him to interact with his 24-year-old daughter.

Papa Lohan sent the following to X17online exclusively:

"Dr. Drew thought it best that I make positive changes. Meanwhile, I am here to work on co-dependancy issues for the benefit of the family, in part to benefit Dina. What's even more ironic is that Lindsay and I have been so close from the time she went into rehab and even after UNTIL Dina came to town and again, she came between us and still does so.

But that's okay. I am in a great place, physically and spiritually and when the show airs, we will all see I have NOT been alone at all."

Celebrity Rehab will air on VH1 later this year.
