mueller041911_07_X17newredo.jpgBrooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen are currently in a Los Angeles courtroom to discuss custody of their twin sons, Max and Bob.

An X17 reporter at the courthouse tells us Judge Hank Goldberg has asked members of the media to leave the courtroom due to "questions of abuse" that have arisen in the custody case.

Details of the abuse allegation have not been revealed to the public, however the judge did say he'd be discussing the matter with Brooke and Charlie behind closed doors.

Both Charlie and Brooke are seeking sole custody of the boys.

UPDATE 10:50 AM: Sheen has left the courtroom, presumably to head to his next stop on his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour.
