DUI Charges Against Christina Aguilera's Boyfriend Dropped

Christina Aguilera's boyfriend Matthew Rutler got some good news this week - the LA County District Attorney officially rejected the DUI case against him, citing insufficient evidence.Rutler, 25, was stopped by police and arrested last month on suspicion of DUI and Aguilera was booked on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication after a boozy dinner at their favorite restaurant, Osteria Mozza.
