Halle Berry car shots exclusive Despite spending Tuesday in court getting close to hammering out a custody agreement with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry has had to drop out of yet another project due to their ongoing spat.

Berry had been attached to star opposite Samuel L. Jackson in the Broadway play about Martin Luther King, Jr., The Mountaintop, but yesterday it was announced that she had to drop out due to her custody issues over Nahla.

But just because she can't go to New York, doesn't mean she can't work -- in fact Halle took a break from her boy Olivier Martinez last night to head to Pop Sound studios.

Although Halle may not be working with Samuel L. Jackson this time, the pair have gotten up close and personal with each other on another project. See what it is ... after the jump!
