Padma Lakshmi and her daughter Krishna went for a stroll in NYC yesterday, and we can't get over how beautiful the Top Chef host's baby girl is!

While mother and daughter appear to be having a blast together, things with Krishna's father Adam Dell aren't so peachy. Earlier this year it was reported that the venture capitalist was suing for full custody, and he was also seeking to get Krishna's name changed and have his name added to the birth certificate. A source close to Lakshmi told the NY Post that she was surprised no efforts were made to keep the dispute private, and her rep added, "It appears to us that Mr. Dell remains more interested in garnering media attention than working out details to see Krishna or in her welfare." Yikes! Wonder how this one will unfold?
