Troubled Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans was back in front of a judge today in North Carolina to fight her "assault and affray" charges stemming from a caught-on-tape incident in which she can be seen brawling with former friend Brittany Truett.
Evans, who claims Truett set her up in order to make money on the sale of the tape, was denied a court-ordered attorney because she makes too much off of the hit MTV show to qualify! The case was continued until May 24th, but let's hope she's not planning on representing herself!
Earlier this month, Jenelle was in court with her now former boyfriend Kieffer Delp, where they ere both facing breaking and entering, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia charges. She got 12 months probation and 24 hours of community service.
But since then, Jenelle has dumped her no-good man. "I'm not with him, and I quit smoking pot. There is no new guy," Evans told E! this morning.
