Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson headed out on the town in NYC Saturday night ... a little wedding planning over dinner, perhaps???

The pair are said to be getting married on November 11 (2011, of course), at 11:11 am. Yep, you guessed it; 11 is Jess' lucky number!

The pair will fly more than 50 friends and family member to Hawaii for the big occasion, according to In Touch Weekly, and will reportedly spend more than $1 million on the event.

It will be Eric's first trip down the aisle, but Jessica's second, after her first marriage to Nick Lachey in 2002. Nick's feeling wedding jitters himself, as he's set to tie the knot with fiancee Vanessa Minnillo. In fact the former boy bander Tweeted the other day, "Damn, this is getting expensive. Good thing she's worth it."

Hey, keep it to two weddings each ... they don't come cheap!
