EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - David Arquette Grabs In-N-Out, Shows Off Hand Injury

Uh oh, David Arquette has a boo boo!

The actor stepped out to grab a bite to eat at LA's fave fast food restaurant, In-N-Out Burger, but health conscious Arquette didn't go for a full-blown burger. Instead, the Scream 4 star skipped the bun and ordered it protein style (a lettuce wrapped burger) and some chilies on the side -- someone's watching his figure!

After chowing down, Arquette headed to the Roosevelt Hotel, were we noticed severe cuts to his right finger. It looks like the actor has it bandaged up pretty good, let's hope it didn't require stitches!

Meanwhile Dave has been hangin' out with ex-Courteney Cox, and we're still holding out hope they'll get back together! The pair has yet to divorce, and they've been spotted attending counseling sessions at a therapist's office in Los Angeles.
