Jennifer Garner was all smiles as she walked through the sunshine and stopped for a meal at Tavern in Brentwood, Calif., Wednesday.

But she was not happy post-food when she discovered a parking ticket on her car.
The lovely lady had fed the meter; but apparently not enough!
