X17 EXCLUSIVE - Lindsay Blows Off Community Service At Downtown Women's Center

Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to begin her community service at the Downtown Women's Center on Skid Row in Los Angeles, however the 24-year-old starlet was a no-show this morning.An X17 reporter at the Downtown Women's Center spoke with an employee who tells us:
- "Now that she's late for her service this morning, we're not going to let her in. If you're not on time, you must reschedule your service."
Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered that Lilo serve 360 hours of community service at the DWC. The center's executive director, Lisa Watson, opened up about Lindsay's community service plans. Read what she had to say ... after the jump.

Numerous calls have been made to DWC spokesperson Patrick Shandrick who continues to deflect all requests for comment.
