Despite all her recent court appearances, Lindsay Lohan's necklace theft drama is far from over.
Because Judge Stephanie Sautner reduced the charges against Lindsay from a felony to misdemeanor, the case will now be turned over to the Los Angeles City attorney today.

The city attorney prosecutes misdemeanors, as opposed to the district attorney, who prosecutes felonies.
Although Sautner agreed with Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, and thus reduced the charge, Lohan is still being reprimanded for violating her probation.
That punishment was 120 days in jail. Lohan was released hours later on bail.
She is now assigned to 360 hours of community service at the Los Angeles Downtown Women's Center and 120 hours of service at the Los Angeles County Morgue.
She is supposed to start her community service at the Women's Center today, and X17 will be streaming her entrance live!
What do you think; will Lindsay show up? If so, will she be on time?
