Rihanna decided to start following Chris Brown on Twitter Friday and Chris returned the favor. Now, reports say the two have been exchanging private messages through the social networking service.

A superior court judge recently relaxed the restraining order against Brown after the felony assault case that kept him 50 yards away from Rihanna except during public events. Now the order forbids Brown only from annoying, harassing or stalking his ex-girlfriend. I guess as long as he doesn't bug her on Twitter, he's good?
