Britney Spears Kicks Off Her Femme Fatale Tour

Britney Spears gave us a little peek at some backstage action with her beau Jason Trawick before she hit the stage in Sacramento for the kickoff performance of her Femme Fatale tour. Awww!

The 29-year-old singer is making sure her outfits are as glitzy as possible ... and we love it! With songs like "Hold It Against Me" and "Till The World Ends" ... to old school hits like "Toxic", we're not surprised the crowd went wild. Britney tweeted:

"Can't sleep. WAY too much Adrenaline right now. Sacramento was on fire tonight. You ready San Jose? Cause I am!!!!"

As for what critiques thought of the show, Rolling Stone says:

"The night belonged to Britney: She managed to prove that she's still progressing as a showgirl. Not only that, she's doing it better than even die-hard defenders would've predicted."
