51-Year-Old Green Mile Actor Marries 16-Year-Old Girl

Wow. This was quite the story to wake up to Monday morning.

Doug Hutchison, an actor best known for his roles in 1999's The Green Mile and Lost, has revealed that he married aspiring singer Courtney Alexis Stodden on May 20 in Las Vegas.

Vegas weddings are crazy enough on their own, but this one is particularly special. Why? He's 51 years old. She's 16.

"We're aware that our vast age difference is extremely controversial," the couple told E! News. "But we're very much in love and want to get the message out there that true love can be ageless."

Again: Wow.

You can see Courtney above in a photo from her website, where she calls herself "your all American girl." So, if this "girl" is 16, not only is the marriage unsettling ... but isn't it also illegal? Maybe she got her parents' permission ...
