Ryan Dunn, who appeared in the Jackass movies, was killed early this morning in a car accident.

The 34-year-old star and an unidentified person were involved in the single car wreck just outside of Philadelphia around 3:30am.

Dunn's Porsche 911 GT3 was severely mangled in the accident, but whether or not the actor was driving, or if he was a passenger, has not been determined. Police have not determined whether alcohol was involved.

However, just hours before his death, Dunn tweeted a photo of himself with friends ... drinking at a party. See the photo ... after the jump.
