Jessica Biel's ex, Justin Timberlake, said in an interview for Vanity Fair's July issue, that his former girlfriend is still "the most significant person in [his] life," despite the fact the pair split in March. Looks like that line put a smile on Jess' face!

We caught the actress out at a friend's house Wednesday just after quotes from Timberlake's interview were released and she looked super happy, to say the least.
