After working her butt off at the gym this morning and not wearing her ring, Kim Kardashian hit up Shades salon in Beverly Hills for a trim and blowout. As always, Kris Humphries fiancee looked absolutely perfect as she strutted her sexy stuff wearing Christian Louboutins, of course.
We couldn't help but notice Kim's massive sparkler. That 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring must way a ton!
