Sean Kingston Expected To Make A Full Recovery

Sean Kingston is recovering from his weekend jet ski accident in Miami, and doctors are feeling optimistic about his prognosis.
The 21-year-old singer is expected to make a full recovery in about six weeks. In the accident, Kingston fractured his wrist, broke his jaw and got water in his lungs.
An Epic Records publicist said Kingston was "critical but in stable condition."
His 23-year-old passenger, Cassandra Sanchez, was also sent to the hospital with injuries. She's expected to recover, as well.
