PHOTOSHOParnold0230.jpgArnold Schwarzenegger has decided not to terminate spousal support to Maria Shriver, according to new legal documents filed on Monday.

The revised docs also state Schwarzenegger will cover all of Shriver's attorney fees, which he had previously denied in the July 20 divorce filings.

It has been reported Arnold signed the divorce docs without reading them thoroughly first, and was unaware his lawyer had denied Shriver's request for spousal support, and attorney fees.

The freshly changed docs come just after the couple's youngest son, 13-year-old Christopher, was rushed to the ER after suffering multiple broken bones and a collapsed lung after a boogie boarding accident.

Thankfully he's set to make a full recovery.
