Halle Berry took her adorable daughter Nahla out shopping for some last minute goodies for the Independence Day festivities, at the local street fair in Sherman Oaks on Sunday.

The Oscar winning actress is reportedly throwing a 4th of July bash for her friends and family, and was spotted loading up on red white and blue party supplies earlier this week.

Berry recently went back to court, after finding her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, had violated their previous custody agreement by neglecting Nahla, while on a trip overseas. The two will meet back in court to work a new agreement, at a later date.
