The paper reports that the two will wed Aug. 20 in California, and that the wedding will be filmed.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties are set for clubs Tao and Lavo in Las Vegas later this month, with sister Khloe planning Kim's.

The report is in alignment with previous rumors that the wedding would be in August and that E! will air the nuptials.
