BREAKING NEWS - Lindsay Lohan Due Back In Court For Progress Hearing

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by Judge Stephanie Sautner to appear at the LAX courthouse this morning for a progress report hearing, RadarOnline.com reports. "The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay's probation, which will be discussed in court tomorrow. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear," according to the website.
Apparently Lohan wouldn't have been called to the hearing at all -- unless there was a cause for concern.
We've caught our girl Linds enjoying a rather active social life since she was freed from house arrest last month, and it's no secret her activities are being closely monitored while she's on probation.
