LohanBeachStTropezTrip230.1.jpgDespite the fact that Lindsay Lohan was warned by LA Judge Stephanie Sautner just last Thursday to finish her community service ASAP, the starlet is planning a relaxing vacation in France.

The New York Post reports that Lindsay plans to head to St. Tropez this Thursday and stay through August 2. She has thus far completed only about 33 of 480 required hours of community service.

Said Lindsay's rep: "We don't comment on any [of Lindsay's] travel plans."

Over the weekend, buzz started spreading online that Lohan was drunk at a Saturday night party at LA's Palihouse hotel. But Lohan Tweeted, "Love how going to a friends birthday turns into a slew of lies! grrr - oh well..."

X17 can exclusively report that Lindsay did have one successful get together this weekend ... on Sunday she partied with pal Paris Hilton at Hilton's Malibu home!
