Paris Hilton and Cy Waits split about three weeks ago, and Paris has moved on with The Hangover director Todd Phillips.
But ... did Paris and Cy have a reunion at The Roosevelt in Hollywood Wednesday night?
The two were both spotted by our photogs as they left the hotel -- a favorite haunt for celebs. Cy left in a car with another guy and a female, while Paris got picked up solo in a taxi.
