Russell Brand And Ashley Tisdale Hit The Same Gym

It's a small world, after all! Russell Brand and Ashley Tisdale hit the same West Hollywood gym Monday, though they clearly work out in very different ways.

To Russell, working out seems to involve wearing tight, ripped jeans and a feathered necklace while drinking a shake. He also had the help of a personal trainer.

Ashley, on the other hand, is more ready-to-go in sneakers and leggings ... though she does seem to be channeling Russell's rocker style with that shirt!

Wonder if they ran into each other! Both have had to deny rumors of romance as of late ... after some flirtatious pics surfaced, Ashley proclaimed that she was not cheating on boyfriend Scott with pal Zac Efron, and on Monday, Russell and wife Katy Perry denied rumors that their relationship was on the rocks.

Regardless, looks like both are keeping in shape for their respective honeys!
