He was a big star in the 90s -- guess he got stuck in the fashion, too!
Arnold Schwarzenegger worked out in Santa Monica on Tuesday, and he worked the sweatshirt-tied-around-the-waist look.
The 64-year-old needs to keep in shape since he plans to revive his action movie career. In the meantime, amidst all his scandals, he's trying to get respect again by going political. The governator's Twitter account has been full of politically minded updates.
