Arnold Schwarzenegger stays in shape with morning bike rides through Santa Monica, but is this strenuous daily regimen too much for the Governator?
We spotted the soon-to-be divorcé leaning against his SUV, appearing to be in pain and completely out of breath after his morning cycling course with his two trusty bodyguards.
Arnie had heart surgery in 1997 to replace heart valve with his own tissue (rather than using a mechanical valve). Doctors at the time predicted he'd need to re-do the procedure in 2 - 8 years, as his own tissue would degenerate. It's been 13 years, could Schwarzenegger be due for heart surgery again?
After the minor attack, the former bodybuilder was back at his favorite hangout - Cafe Roma in Beverly Hills. Maybe he just needs to lay off the pasta?
